This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the internet resource https://motohub.com.ua may receive about the User during their use of the internet resource https://motohub.com.ua.

5.Methods and Terms of Processing Personal Information
5.1.The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out for an unlimited period in any lawful manner, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such tools.
5.2.The User agrees that the website administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, including courier services, postal organizations, telecommunication operators, exclusively to fulfill the User’s order placed on the internet resource https://motohub.com.ua, including the delivery of goods or services.
5.3.The User’s personal data may be transferred to authorized state authorities of Ukraine only on the grounds and in the manner established by Ukrainian legislation.

6.Obligations of the Parties
6.1.The User is obliged to:

6.1.2.Update and supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes to this information.
6.2.The website administration is obliged to:
6.2.1.Use the received information solely for the purposes specified in section 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2.Ensure the confidentiality of personal information, not disclose it without the User’s prior written consent, and not sell, exchange, publish, or disclose the provided personal data of the User in any other possible way, except as provided for in paragraphs 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3.Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data in accordance with procedures typically used to protect such information in the existing business environment.
6.2.4.Block personal data belonging to the respective User upon request or inquiry by the User, their legal representative, or an authorized body for the protection of personal data rights, during the period of verification in the event of inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions.
7.Responsibility of the Parties
7.1.The website administration, which has failed to fulfill its obligations, is liable for damages incurred by the User due to the unlawful use of personal data in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, except in cases provided for in clauses 5.2, 5.3, and 7.2 of this Privacy Policy.
7.2.In the event of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the website administration is not liable if this confidential information:
7.2.1.Became public knowledge before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2.Was received from a third party before it was obtained by the website administration.
7.2.3.Was disclosed with the User’s consent.
